José Fernández is a Spanish theatre, film and television actor born in Málaga. He trained in drama in Málaga and Madrid, rounding off his training with specialised studies in acting for the camera and techniques such as the Meisner and Chekhov methods, under the guidance of teachers including José Carlos Plaza and Graham Dixon, amongst others. His stage career began with Andalusian theatre companies such as El Carromato and Axarco Teatro, where he appeared in productions of both classical and contemporary repertoire, including *Blood Wedding*, *The Prodigious Shoemaker*, *Don Juan Tenorio*...
