An Egyptian actress of Lebanese origin. She was born in Zahle, Lebanon, to a middle-class family, as her father worked in the textile trade. She had the opportunity to receive some education, and as a child she was an actress, successfully playing the role of the mother in school parties. After completing her primary education, she joined one of the troupes that were widespread in Lebanon. She came to Egypt at the age of 25 with her father, who had liquidated his business in Lebanon and wanted to try his luck in Egypt. She and her father lived in Alexandria and joined Ali Al-Kassar's troupe....
